Inovation
From 2006 AEZ began serial production of its exclusive Nano tec finish this was a first from AEZ and the innovation allows for easier cleaning of the wheel from road grime, tar and brake dust. “Lite tec®” is the name of AEZ's super lightweight wheels this is yet another AEZ innovation in the aftermarket industry. Setting a new trend is not unusual for the design team. As well as styles innovation can be found in the finish and colour such as the matt anthracite and gloss black being utilised. The AEZ team continue to strive in finding new innovation to keep them in front of the competition. 

Fitment
The Aez alloy wheels range is impressive and includes style suitable for most modern cars including Alfa alloy wheels, Audi alloy wheels, BMW alloy wheels, Ford alloy wheels, Honda alloy wheels, Mercedes alloy wheels, Vauxhall alloy wheels and VW alloy wheels. In addition to this the range includes Quadro, and Vantage van alloy wheels for commercial vehicles.  Phonix and Sotara for people carriers and SUVs and Namib for 4x4 off-roaders. For the most specialised performance cars AEZ have an exclusive range covering cars such as Lamborghini and Porsche with some of the designs using forged alloys technology.

Quality
For AEZ product quality assurance the highest priority. All AEZ alloy wheels have to undergo numerous manufacturing procedures and tests. They are only certified by German TUVs once rigorously examined.

Production
Unlike other so called prestigious wheel brands all products are manufactured at their cutting edge production facility in Germany and not farmed out to the cheapest bidder in the Far East. AEZ has thousands of wheels in stock at its logistics centre in Siegburg nr Cologne, Germany this is to ensure prompt delivery and great availability.
AEZ stake their reputation on innovative design using the most modern technology available and take seriously the label Made in Germany each wheel is quality stamped with made in Germany letting customers know they are investing in high quality products. With all AEZ products safety is of primary concern this is a facet developed into each wheel from drawing board through production to the finished article. Every wheel goes through a ten step quality control program which starts with raw alloy ingot being tested then to X ray testing, flexure testing and subjecting each wheel to caustic fumes for days. Additional 3D measurements and helium density tests are also carried out by AEZ.

Design
With so many alloy wheels available in our modern market it’s impressive that AEZ’s design team continue to find inspiration to produce new revolutionary styles season after season each design is a unique style copied by many but bettered by no one. Inspiration for an AEZ wheel style will depend on many factors including what new technologies are available to the designer, what does the buyer want? Are there trends from motorsport or the street that can be developed and which vehicles are being bought by customers in large numbers?
